Age or injury can lead to a loss of vision in a shooter’s “strong side” (right eye for right-handed shooter, or left eye for left-handed shooter). Learning to shoot weak side, which is often clumsy at best, and not as accurate, used to be the only option. Now, with our offset scope base, you can maintain your normal strong side hold to look through the scope. Made of sturdy aircraft aluminum, our base puts the scope 2 1/4″ to the side of the rifle, and weighs approximately 6 ounces. This scope base was designed to attach to Weaver style scope mounts.

Scope Alignment Points

This tool will allow you to perfectly align your scope rings prior to lapping. This tool is designed to do both 1″, and 30mm rings with a movable inner rod for ease of alignment. CNC machined of stainless steel to exacting tolerances. Once the points of the tool are brought together, this will indicate if you need to add shims under either the front or rear base. This will eliminate kinked or dinged scopes, as well as give you a perfect alignment of the rings with the action.
