Age or injury can lead to a loss of vision in a shooter’s “strong side” (right eye for right-handed shooter, or left eye for left-handed shooter). Learning to shoot weak side, which is often clumsy at best, and not as accurate, used to be the only option. Now, with our offset scope base, you can maintain your normal strong side hold to look through the scope. Made of sturdy aircraft aluminum, our base puts the scope 2 1/4″ to the side of the rifle, and weighs approximately 6 ounces. This scope base was designed to attach to Weaver style scope mounts.
